Welcome to the official website of the PEI Midwives Association, the professional organization representing midwives in the province of Prince Edward Island, Canada.
As of October 2022, midwifery became a self-regulating health profession in PEI regulated through the College of Registered Nurses and Midwives of PEI.
In January 2024, midwifery services officially launched in the province.
